We finally did it! We got married! It only took us about 7 years!

Shandon and I met in high school in our school’s drama club. We had our first kiss in 2003, and I became the most awkward person on the planet after that moment, not even able to speak to him without sounding ridiculous, so I did what any teenage girl would do, right? I avoided him like a total nervous wreck! We went down our own paths but reconnected during college in 2009. He came to visit me while I was studying film making at the Savannah College of Art and Design, and we’ve been together ever since. We’ve been through our share of ups and downs, and this past year decided it was time to elope in the beautiful country of Ireland!

Because I have to create imagery wherever I go- including our own wedding/honeymoon, I brought my drone and captured some amazing footage of the castle we stayed in during our week there! The image above is a still from that video.
